One of the hardest parts of weight loss is coming up with recipes that are taste good and keep you satisfied.
It can be difficult to come up with recipes that work with your plan, and if you're eating foods you don't like or restricting yourself, you're more likely to lose motivation and begin eating unhealthily.
Many people think they have to restrict themselves to certain foods when on a weight loss journey, but that certainly isn't the case.

With social media, there's now so many accounts out there dedicated to showing people the amazing meals they can make while also losing weight.
Tracey Delaney is a Slimming World consultant who has lost over five and a half stone and uses her Instagram platform to share her fabulous meal ideas with others.
She shows that even while losing weight you can eat amazing food like taco fries, pizza, curry, full Irish breakfasts and more.
You can check out her account here for meal inspiration and all the information on her Slimming World Group.
Speaking to RSVP Live last year, Tracey said the key to sticking to a weight loss plan long term was forming healthy habits.
"One of the biggest changes for me was starting to have breakfast," she said.
"Now I couldn't not have it. The reason I decided to start having it was because before, I wouldn't eat breakfast and I'd end up snacking. And I wouldn't be reaching for healthy things because I'd be so hungry.
"It's just about making healthier choices rather than following a diet where you feel like you have to be perfect all the time. All those little changes add up."
