Jessica Daly has transformed her life as she is down 10 stone in just one year.
The Cork woman had struggled with her weight for a long time, finding diets and food plans never worked for her.
After hitting what she described as "rock bottom", she decided she would make a change for her own health and happiness.

It was after her stepfather passed away that Jessica had a moment where she realised she needed to do something.
Speaking to RSVP Live, Jessica said: "There was a guard of honour for him going from the church as he was being brought to his grave. I knew that if I walked behind them then I wouldn't make it because my mobility was so bad that I could barely walk.
"I had to walk down on my own beforehand so that I would get there to the grave in time and I was there for around 15 minutes on my own before they came down. I remember sitting there looking at the hole in the ground thinking, I have to make a change here. I felt like I let him down in that moment and I had let myself down. Something clicked in me."
For Jessica, weight loss surgery was the best option for her after going in circles with different diets and food plans for years. Her doctor had diagnosed her with binge eating disorder, which meant that it was extremely difficult to stick with a diet plan, and she knew that surgery was the best option for her health.
One year on, she is now 10 stone down and says the surgery was the best thing she ever did.
"The only way I can describe it is, it's like I'm a new person but I'm not - I'm the person now that I always was, but was too afraid to show," she said. "I used to be so embarrassed to even be seen.
"I've gotten my life back and it's only going to get better from here. It's the best decision I ever made."
However, for Jessica, part of the success of the surgery also came from working on the mental issues that led to her binge eating disorder and weight gain. For anyone considering weight loss surgery, she advises them to find the root of the problem beforehand in order to ensure you don't go back to bad habits down the line.
"The biggest thing for me that helped me on this journey was the counselling I did before I went," she said. "I was able to recognise my issues and the things I needed to change, which made things after my surgery so much easier."
