Ask yourself, do I have an unhealthy relationship with worry? We can often believe it brings about something positive. Remember worry doesn’t change any future outcome, it just ruins the presents.

Task:

Journal some of the things you worry about and see if you are doing the same thing. Worrying to prevent something negative happening. The worry you do only steals joy from your life.

It has been a real privilege to go on this journey with you over the last 10 days. We have looked at the four pillars of happiness, your relationship with yourself, your family/friends, your body and your work. If you start to make the small improvements I have outlined over the ten days. I know your levels of happiness would improve. Have the courage to bring happiness into your life. You deserve to be happy.
