Listen to your thoughts over the course of the week and notice how many times you compare yourself to others. The more we stop blindly comparing and develop gratitude for the miracle that is our life and to start to see the bounty in it, the more happy we will be.
Task:
Make a note of all the times you compare yourself in a negative way to others. Now start to make a gratitude journal for all the things you are happy for in your life.
