Doireann Garrihy has shared the exciting new of her engagement to 'love of my life' comedian Mark Mehigan.
The pair went public with their relationship at the end of 2022, announcing their engagement just a year later.
In a sweet snap, the loved up couple can been seen smiling as Doireann shows off her sparkler.
In an Instagram post, Doireann said: "The love of my life."
The couple are beaming from ear to ear in the sweet snap as she TV presenter shows off her ring.
The pair met through Marks cousin who worked at 2FM.
She told the Irish Independent: ‘Is it too much? But he just completely gets what I do, is so supportive of it all, and I feel like I'm the same with him. Can bounce anything off him, and vice versa.'
Friends of the couple are absolutely delighted with the news as they take to the comments to share their joy.
Roz Purcell, who also recently got engaged, commented: 'This is unbelievable news, good man Mark.'
Amy Huberman said: "CONGRATULATIONS that’s gorgeous news!"

Doireann and Mark have been official since the end of 2022, however the pair have grown quite close as the presenter supports her partner through his journey of sobriety.
Mark shared new of his sobriety journey in October, as he marked 2 years of being sober.
"Two years sober today," he captioned a photo of himself eating a bowl of cereal.
"One day at a time. Everything changed the moment that I asked for help. Thank you all for being a part of this weird and wonderful journey with me," he said.
