Dublin woman shares the delicious recipes that she ate to lose four stone

A weight loss journey is difficult, mainly because it's hard to cut out the unhealthier foods that we love.
However, in order to lose weight and maintain your weight, you absolutely can still have tasty delicious meals and the foods you love.
Dublin woman Hayleigh uses her Instagram to show off some amazing recipes so that you can include tasty meals in your weight loss plan.

She has lost four stone through eating healthier options and fell in love with cooking her own food. You can follow her on Instagram here and check out her recipes and calorie friendly meal inspiration.
She shares food inspiration online to show others that eating calorie conscious meals doesn’t have to be boring. She has shared recipes for Chinese fakeaways, spaghetti carbonara, pizza and even sweet treats like cookies and desserts.
She also includes the calorie counts for each portion so anyone recreating her recipes can easily track their calorie intake.

Speaking to RSVP Live, she said: "I never really cooked and then I started Slimming World and you have to make everything from scratch.
"I started cooking and posting things to my personal Instagram page and people told me I should make a cooking page to post.
"I'm obviously not a nutritionist or anything, but I like to show that you can make meals that aren't just plain chicken and still lose weight. Weight loss is hard, you don't need to make it harder - I want people to realise they can eat the foods that they like while losing weight. It's just about calorie counting."

Halloumi and bacon spaghetti - 583 Calories
Hayleigh cut up halloumi and bacon into cubes. Fry them off and once they start to brown, add in 1 diced garlic clove.

Put spaghetti pasta on to boil
Add in your spices to the halloumi and bacon - Hayleigh used paprika & Italian seasoning. Then she added in tomato puree and cooking cream. Add in cooked pasta and save some pasta water and add that in. Mix well and serve.Garlic and parmesan boneless wings - 518 calories
Hayleigh cooked 100g diggers foods boneless wings as it says on the packet and then made up a sauce that served two people, which is: 2 tbsp butter (melted), 1 crushed garlic clove (minced), 25g grated parmesan, parsley

When the butter is melted, add in the other ingredients for the sauce and once all combined add to your wings.Chicken and chorizo quesadilla - 702 calories
Quesadilla filled with chicken, chorizo, sautéed peppers, sweetcorn, jalepenos, coriander, cheese and then fried on each side.

Hayleigh diced and seasoned her chicken using garlic, chili powder and smoked paprika.
She then fried it off until halfway cooked and added chorizo and sliced peppers
Once everything is cooked remove from the pan.
In the same pan with the excess cooking juices and seasoning she placed a small tortilla wrap. Place your chicken and fillings of choice on top and add another tortilla on top. Place back onto the heat and flip when the bottom half is golden and crispy. You can serve it with your favourite sauce.
