Louth to create a drink in the aviation industry. Runway 28 is a premium gin researched, studied and blended with the stories and experiences of aviation in mind. Runway 28 Gin costs €35.

As the biggest gin distillery in Ireland, it’s safe to say the experts at Listoke Distillery know what they’re doing when it comes to gin. Listoke 1777 has won multiple awards including Best Irish Gin and Best Gin in Europe which is no surprise really considering its bold and impressive flavour. Jasmine, cardamom, and rowan berries are among the botanicals in this Co. Louth creation, which was designed to be enjoyed neat or with ice and a slice of orange peel. Listoke 1777 costs €30.
CO. MEATH, KELLS GIN
Celebrating the history and culture of this Co. Meath town, Kells Gin was launched last year by the team at the Headfort Arms Hotel. Produced at Listoke Distillery in Co. Louth, this 42% premium craft gin features a classic core of botanicals as well as contemporary additions of elderflower, netter, sumac and fennel.
