Gordon Ramsay opened up about the trauma of his son Rocky’s death and how his family remembers him.
The celebrity chef explained that it was a “life-changing moment” for him, his wife Tana and their other children.
They have kept his memory with their family in different ways since Tana suffered a miscarriage at 20 weeks in 2016.

Gordon shared how open and “incredibly resilient” his wife was after the tragic loss.
“There’s no book that guides you through that loss, and so losing Rocky was really tough,” he told People.
“Watching the trauma unfold, it’s this life-changing moment.”
The MasterChef star praised his wife for her incredible strength and her openness with friends and family.
He said: “Just watching the way that she dealt with it — and opened up with other friends and women in close proximity that could give advice — she was incredible straight after that.”
Gordon continued: “There's a lot of things that Tana's done, that we wouldn't be here today without that strength.”
His family have kept Rocky’s memory with them, with their daughter Holly getting a tattoo as a tribute to her late brother. The tattoo features the day he died and a drawing of an angel.
The Ramsay family also named their Cornwall home after Rocky and each person wears a piece of jewellery with Rocky's name on it.
Tana took to social media earlier this summer to speak about her son, with a picture of the tattoo and a snap of their entire family.
She said: “A happy picture taken of us celebrating Meghan's 18th, I was just under 20 weeks pregnant. Although it's 7 years today, it still feels like yesterday.
“We all miss you everyday. We love you Rocky, forever in our hearts. I couldn't do this without my family, you are all everything to me.”
She previously appeared on Loose Women in 2020 and commended her husband Gordon.
“I lost a baby in 2016 and Gordon was with me throughout that entire process and there's no way I could have done it without him right there by my side,” she shared.
“When we went on to have Oscar, 19 months ago, again he was right there by my side.”
