This easy to follow recipe for Banana Oat Bars is perfect if you're looking for a quick and tasty snack.

The recipe, courtesy of Flahavan's and Fyffes, is also a great way to get kids involved in the kitchen too as it's super simple.

Ingredients
- 1 mashed Fyffes banana
- 2 cups (175g) Flahavan's oats
- 1/3 cup (65g) raisins
- 1/2 cup (55g) chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup (45g) seeds
- 110g butter
- 1/3 cup (80ml) honey
Method
- Preheat oven to 160°
- Melt butter and honey together in a pot
- Mix rest of ingredients together in a bowl and pour in the honey butter mixture
- Put mix into a lined baking tray
- Bake on 160° for 20 mins
- Let cool completely ideally in fridge overnight before cutting
