This recipe for Mini Pizza Bites went viral on TikTok recently and it's easy to see why.
They taste delicious and can be made in a matter of minutes.
You can eat the pizza bites once they are cooked but they also make a handy snack for lunchboxes, whether you are sending the kids to school or heading into the office for work.

Ingredients
- 4 Ballymore Crust Bagels €1.49 (450g)
- 120g Cucina Pizza sauce €1.85 (300g)
- Everyday Essentials Mozzarella Cheese €0.65 (200g)
- The Deli Smoked Mild Pepperoni Slices (or a selection of your favourite pizza toppings) €1.39 (120g)
Method
- Preheat the oven to 190°C.
- Cut the bagels into small pieces and place on a baking sheet.
- Spread a spoonful of pizza sauce on each of the bagel bases.
- Cut up and place the mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
- Add a few pepperoni slices or your favourite pizza toppings on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Allow the mini pizza bites to cool, then pack them in lunchboxes.
