Inside the 5-star Park Hotel Kenmare as Francis and John Brennan put it up for sale
Hotelier Francis Brennan purchased the Park Hotel back in 1986, with him and his brother John announcing its sale alongside their other Kenmare hotel The Landsdowne
Francis and John Brennan have announced that they are selling their two Kenmare hotels for €20.5m.
They put their popular five-star Park Hotel and The Landsdowne on the market.
The Park Hotel is located in Kenmare Bay in the south west of Ireland and is described as being “at one with nature”.

The property dates back to 1897 and features 46 bedrooms with each enjoying a sitting area that is furnished with antiques and objects d’art.
Most of the bedrooms in the hotel also have a full water view or private veranda.
Other amenities include their dining room with a champagne bar, SÁMAS, the Park Hotel’s deluxe destination spa.
There is also a large viewing area in The Reel Room, which is a 12-seat cinema that shows classical movies each night.
With the area known for its golf, the hotel has the adjoining Kenmare Golf Club, this is a parkland course offering 18 holes along the shores of Kenmare Bay.
