Captioning her video Louise penned: "I’m far from an expert in this department and it’s my first baby so it’s all a learning curve, but I did get advice for the hospital/ labour bag from lots of you and my own friends who’ve gone through it. This is my version… a compilation of probably 10 different lists."

In the video, Louise took her followers through a packing session, detailing the contents of her bags with a thoughtful voiceover.

With precision, she separates her essentials into two categories: the labour bag and the hospital stay bag.

In the labour bag, she carefully organises the baby's first outfit, including different-sized vests, a sleep suit, hat, nappies in varying sizes, socks, mittens, and a sentimental card.

Her own comfort is not forgotten, as she packs a black maternity nightie designed for easy movement during labour, along with loose underwear.

She highlighted bringing spare pyjamas adding: "Most of them are dark colours, that's kind of what I was advised"

She also added: "This bag probably confused me the most, the aftercare and breastfeeding different bits, I'd never heard of most of them, so I'll write a list of what I have included."

Below is Louises check list of items for each bag that she noted in her caption:
