If you've wanted to lose some fat and tone up, it can be hard to know where to start.
Any kind of fitness journey can be intimidating if you aren't an expert yourself, but luckily a personal trainer has taken to TikTok to share some easy tips on how to get started.
Seán Fitzpatrick is an Irish personal trainer who uses his platform on Instagram and TikTok to shares some simple advice for anyone looking to lose weight, lose fat or gain muscle.

In a video titled '10 ways to kickstart your fat loss journey', Seán shared some easy ways to get lean.
"If you're trying to start a fat loss journey, but don't know where to begin, here are some suggestions," he said. "Set a step goal for 8,000 [steps] per day.
"Pick an activity to enjoy and do that two to three times a week. It could be running, the gym, crossfit or any sport, activity or class of your preference."
Tips three and four were get into a consistent sleep schedule ensuring you sleep for seven to nine hours a night, and stick to three meals and two snacks a day.
"Aim to consume one source of protein for every meal," he continued. "If your portion sizes are usually quite large, try to be more mindful without starving yourself.
"In your next food shop, limit the amount of junk food you buy.
"Try to cut down on the amount of unnecessary snacking you do."
Tip number nine was try to include more fruit and vegetables in your diet.
"And my final suggestion is that you follow me," he concluded.
