Ronan Keating has penned a heartfelt message to his daughter Ali after she graduated from secondary school.

The former Boyzone singer shared a couple of snaps of her, showing how much she has grown up from her first day of school compared to her last.

His fans couldn’t believe how quickly the years have flown by after she hit the milestone.

Ronan took to social media to write a sweet tribute to her daughter.

He said: “How it started and how it’s about to begin. My Ali just finished High school. Wow the years have flown by.

“Love your focus and dedication sweetheart keep working hard and keep moving. Love you. X”.

Ali commented on his post, writing: “Aw this is so cute. Thanks dad”.

Many of Ronan’s fans wished her the best and congratulated her on finishing secondary school.

Ali had her graduation ceremony last week, with her mum Yvonne Connelly posting snaps from the special day.

The TV cook wrote: “Secondary school Graduation day. You did it Al and with a misneach award too. You're some woman.

“So great to celebrate you tonight with @mikey_sheehy03 and all the Connolly's John, Jack, Missy and I couldn't be more proud of you. Can't wait to see what your next chapter unfolds.”

Ali thanked her mum for supporting her throughout her school experience, commenting: “Aww mom this is the cutest. Couldn’t have done it without you! I love you to pieces”.
