As the glittering dancefloor of "Strictly Come Dancing" welcomes viewers once again, the familiar faces of Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman grace our screens every Saturday night.
Claudia, with her witty banter, has been a fixture since 2014, but it's Tess Daly, the show's enduring anchor since its inception in 2004.
Beyond the dazzling allure of Strictly, Tess Daly has amassed an impressive array of achievements, all while maintaining her well-being and fitness as a dedicated wife and mother.

Born Helen Elizabeth Daly in a quaint Derbyshire village, Tess entered the modelling world at the age of 18 when a talent scout discovered her in Manchester.
However, the industry already housed another Helen Daly, prompting Tess to adopt the name we all know her by.
The choice of "Tess" was inspired by the Nastassja Kinski movie of the same name, a decision that marked the beginning of a remarkable career.
From that point forward, Tess became a sought-after model, gracing international runways and starring in music videos alongside iconic bands like Duran Duran.
Her versatility and charm caught the attention of television producers, leading to her big break in 1999 as the presenter of "The Big Breakfast's Find Me A Model" competition.
Tess has since become a household name, presenting a slew of popular shows such as "Children in Need" and "The National Lottery: This Time Tomorrow."
Yet, it is her enduring role on Strictly that has solidified her place as a beloved TV personality.
In 2008, Tess showcased her dancing prowess by winning the Strictly Children In Need special with Anton Du Beke as her professional partner.
Her diverse talents even led her to a brief stint as an extra on the iconic soap opera "EastEnders," where she is credited as the mysterious 'pink lady.'
Tess's personal life is as enchanting as her on-screen presence. She crossed paths with her husband, Vernon Kay, when they were both emerging presenters on separate shows.
Their love story unfolded on the sets of T4 and SMTV, and in 2003, they exchanged vows at St Mary's Church in Horwich, Vernon's hometown.
The couple recently celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary, with Tess expressing her love on Instagram.
Beyond her roles on television and as a wife, Tess Daly is a devoted mother to her two children.
Juggling her commitments, including hosting Strictly and managing her beachwear line Nai Beach, Tess remains dedicated to maintaining her health and fitness.
From strength training to trampoline workouts, she credits her personal trainer, Sam Shaw, for keeping her motivated.
Starting her day with a mix of stretching, treadmill running, gym sessions, and yoga, Tess emphasises the importance of staying active for both physical and mental well-being.
Speaking to WomensHealth she said: "I like to change up exercises, for example, doing body weight movements, dumbbell weights and variations of skipping or boxing. This keeps it fun and interesting and helps the time fly by, at the same time as getting good progression in training and building a strong physique.
"We always put on some fun tunes to keep motivation up and I show off some of my Strictly dance moves."
