The former Saturdays singer wore a beautiful black sparkly dress with mesh accents and a deep plunge. It accentuated her beautiful figure and she was the epitome of glamour.
She revealed she was styled by fashion guru Laura Mullett and the dress was from an Irish boutique.
Sharla Boutique is on Wicklow Street in Dublin and you can check out Una's dress here. It retails for €270. She paired it with a pair of silver heels which were the perfect glitzy finishing touch.
She wore her hair in a slicked back half up half down style and kept her base makeup looking fresh faced, finished off with the perfect cat eye eyeliner flick.
Her friends and followers took to her Instagram comments to share appreciation for her look.
"Tipperary women scrub up well. You're stunning," gushed one follower.
"Unreal looking @unahealy uv always been class looking," wrote another.
Another wrote: "Most beautiful and talented woman."
Una mingled with Ryan Tubridy, who was presenting an award, as she shared a snap of her with him, Imelda May and Claire Kambamettu.
Claire and Ryan made their red carpet debut together at the event after it has been rumoured the pair have been an item for the last few months.
The couple first came to the public's attention in August when they were spotted together with other friends in Clifden following the news of media personality's shock departure from RTÉ.
