A weight loss journey is difficult, mainly because it's hard to cut out the unhealthier foods that we love.
However, in order to lose weight and maintain your weight, you absolutely can still have tasty delicious meals and the foods you enjoy.
Fiona O'Donoghue from Waterford has shared some of the meals that have helped her lose and maintain almost four stone of weight loss.

Some people associate the thought of weight loss with eating only plain chicken or salads, but Fiona shares her delicious meals online to show people that that doesn't need to be the case.
She uses the Slimming World plan, which she finds work wonders for her.
"It sounded too good to be true, that you could eat pasta and potatoes and stuff," she told RSVP Live. "But it's just a new way of cooking - cutting back on oils and butters and those kind of thing. But I loved it because I didn't have to cut out any food groups, there was no calorie counting, it was just a lifestyle change."
Through her Instagram, she shares delicious meals like Sunday roasts, full Irish breakfasts, burgers, Chinese fakeaways and more. She is proof that you don't have to cut out foods you enjoy - just slightly alter how you make them and consume them.
"I had two kids before I started Slimming World," said Fiona. "So I had to start thinking about cooking for them too, and wanting them to be healthy and grow up eating healthier foods."
Fiona had tried other diets in the past, but found they were too restrictive and she couldn't stick to them. Due to an auto-immune disorder, she is steroid dependent which originally led to her gaining weight.
"When I was going to a specialist, they were putting me on things like low GI diets and obviously they will work, but I'd be absolutely miserable," she said.
"I love food and I've always loved cooking, so nothing like that suited me."
